Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the weeks of February 9th, 2021 through February 15th, 2021.
Arrests
Mahalya Camerer - On February 9th, Mahalya Camerer, 35, Flemington, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Bolivar P.D. Misdemeanor warrant for Failure to appear. Mahalya was transferred from the St. Clair County Jail to Bolivar Police Department and the bond was set at $150.00 cash only.
Steven Collins - On February 9th, Steven Collins, 34, Lowry City, was arrested by Henry County Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County Failure to Appear warrant for a Felony charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended. Steven was transferred from the Henry County Jail to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $1,000.00 cash only.
James Fleischer - On February 9th, James Fleischer, 34, Independence, was arrested by the Johnson County Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County Failure to Appear warrant for a Misdemeanor charge of Non-Support. James was transferred from Johnson County Detention Center to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $1,500.00 cash or surety.
Debbie Bray - On February 10th, Debbie Bray, 29, Humansville, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy for a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. Debbie was booked and released pending formal charges.
The arrest was made when a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle Debbie was a passenger in, for expired registration. After verbal consent was given by both the driver and Debbie to search the vehicle, the St. Clair County deputy found a small mirror with a white substance covering it, that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Debbie did admit to the mirror being hers.
Terri Woods - On February 11th, Terri Woods, 53, Branson, was arrested by Taney County Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County Failure to Appear warrant for a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, and a Misdemeanor charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Terri was transferred from Taney County Jail to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $2,500.00 cash only.
Elizabeth Ragle - On February 11th, Elizabeth Ragle, 43, Appleton City, was arrested by Johnson County Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County Failure to Appear warrant for a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. Elizabeth was transferred from the Johnson County Detention Center to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $2,500.00 cash only.
Amber Black - On February 11th, Amber Black, 28, Nevada, was arrested by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County Failure to Appear warrant for a Felony charge of Passing a Bad Check. Amber was transferred from the Vernon County Jail to the St. Clair County jail and the bond was set at $500.00 cash only.
Heidi Troxel - On February 12th, Heidi Troxel, 31, Weaubleau, was arrested by Hickory County Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County warrant for a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid and a Misdemeanor charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Prior Drug Offense. Heidi was transferred from Hickory County Jail to St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $15,000.00 cash or surety.
Felicia Shepherd - On February 12th, Felicia Shepherd, 37, Springfield, was arrested by Greene County Sheriff's Office on a St. Clair County Failure to Appear warrant for a Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid and a Misdemeanor charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Prior Drug Offense. Felicia was transferred from the Greene County Jail to the St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
William Dowden - On February 13th, William Dowden, 74, Lowry City, was arrested by Humansville Police Department on a St. Clair County warrant for a Felony charge of Dwi - Chronic. William was transferred from Humansville to St. Clair County Jail and the bond was set at $7,500.00 cash or surety.
