News Release December 1, 2020 through December 7, 2020

Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made four arrests and took multiple reports during the weeks of December 1, 2020 through December 7, 2020.

Arrests


Ragle, Liz.jpgElizabeth Ragle - On December 2nd, Elizabeth Ragle, 42, Appleton City, was arrested on a Felony warrant for a Probation Violation in regards to Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/synthetic Cannabinoid. The bond was set at $2,500 cash only.

The original arrest was made when a St. Clair County deputy executed a search warrant at a residence that Elizabeth was known to frequent. During the search, a purse containing Elizabeth's identification was found, and contained a glass pipe with a white powdery substance inside. Next to the bed, the deputy also found a red straw with a white powdery substance. Both the straw and the pipe field tested positive for methamphetamine. Elizabeth admitted to both items being hers.

Packham, Bobby.jpgBobby Packham - On December 3rd, Bobby Packham, 51, Warrensburg, was arrested on a Felony warrant for Non-Support - Total Arrears in Excess of 12 Monthly Payments Due Under Order of Support. The bond was set at $2,500 cash or surety.

The arrest was made by a St. Clair County deputy that was advised Bobby was being held at another facility on a St. Clair County warrant. The deputy picked up Bobby and transported him to the St. Clair County Jail.

Black, Amber.jpgAmber Black - On December 4th, Amber Black, 28, Nevada, was arrested on a Felony warrant for Passing a Bad Check. The bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.

The arrest was made by a St. Clair County deputy that was advised Amber was being held at another facility on a St. Clair County warrant. The deputy picked up Amber and transported her to the St. Clair County Jail.

Harpool, Theodore.jpgTheodore Harpool - On December 7th, Theodore Harpool, 51, Willard, was arrested on a Felony warrant for Stealing - Motor Vehicle/Watercraft/Aircraft & Prior Stealing Offender and for Passing a Bad Check. The bond was set at $10,000 cash only.

The original warrant was issued after a St. Clair County deputy responded to a call for service in regards to a bad check. The deputy made contact with the manager of Vista Auto Sales, Steve Faulkner, who advised that Theodore Harpool had purchased a 2005 GMC Sierra and a set of tires with two separate checks. Upon attempting to cash said checks, Steve was notified that the checking account had been closed. Pictures of the title and the documentation of the closed account were taken alongside a report by the deputy.

Theft in Collins

On December 5th, a St. Clair County deputy responded to Collins in regards to stolen property. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with Larry Amos, who reported that someone had entered his home and removed a ring purchased for his wife. Upon further investigation, the deputy made contact with Larry's wife, Anita Amos, who reported that alongside the ring, $400.00 in cash had also been removed from the property.

Stolen Vehicle in Collins

On December 6th, a St. Clair County deputy responded to Collins in regards to a stolen truck. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the reporting party, Colton Wheeler, who reported that a white 4500 Dodge Truck with a black flatbed and toolboxes attached, had been parked outside of the fenced area at around 3:00 p.m. Upon Colton returning at about 6:00 p.m., the vehicle was gone.
