Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made three arrests and took a burglary report during the weeks of Oct. 7 through 14, 2019.

Kimberly Morgan

Kimberly Morgan- On Oct. 12, Kimberly Morgan, 52, unknown, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony burglary in the second degree, a class E felony violation of a protection order for an adult, a class A misdemeanor property damage in the second degree, and an ordinance charge for trespassing. Morgan was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a residence on SW 300 road in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with Lewis Morgan. Lewis stated when he arrived home he noticed a window on his residence that was damaged. Lewis unlocked the door for the deputy and the deputy entered the residence. Upon entry the deputy made contact with Kimberly. A record check of both persons showed an order of protection was in place involving both parties.

Michael Nixon- On Oct. 10, Michael Nixon, 39, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Polk County warrant for failure to appear in court. Bond is set at $300 cash only.

Randi Mistler

Randi Mistler- On Oct. 8, Randi Mistler, 36, Lowry City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Crawford County, Kansas warrant for failure to appear in court. This is a no bond warrant.

Burglary in Osceola

On October 7, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a residence on NE Old Highway 13 in regards to a burglary. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with William and Jeri Adrian. William stated they had just started remodeling the house the previous day. Jeri stated her father had drove by the house while checking his cattle and noticed some interior property in the yard. Jeri stated the person(s) had entered into the residence through a built on storage room. They also noticed a window that was opened.

The Adrian's stated they were missing a Skil circular saw, a Rigid ½ inch drill with work bag, an oscillating multi tool with work bag, numerous different hand tools, and two crates of miscellaneous dishes. Total estimated loss value is $302.
