            Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made three arrests and took a burglary report during the week of July 1-8, 2019.

Dustin Heyer

Dustin Heyer- On July 6, Justin Heyer, 43, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license. Heyer was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to BP Gas Station in Lowry City in reference to a possible drunk driver. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with Heyer in the parking lot. A record check revealed Heyer has a suspended driver’s license.

John Jambrosic

John Jambrosic- On July 3, John Jambrosic, 68, Kansas City, KS, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class C misdemeanor assault in the fourth degree. Jambrosic was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a residence on NE 32 Private Road in regards to threats with a gun. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with William Mynatt. Mynatt stated he and Jambrosic had gotten into a verbal argument. Mynatt then stated Jambrosic pulled a small handgun from his pocket and threatened to kill him.

Joshua Williams

Joshua Williams- On July 3, Joshua Williams, 38, Independence, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Bolivar Police Department warrant for failure to appear in court on an unclassified charge for resisting arrest/detention/stop. Bond is set at $150 cash only.

Burglary in Osceola

On July 6, a St. Clair County deputy took a report in regards to a burglary that had occurred at a residence on NE 600 Road. The deputy met with Randy and Cassandra Collins at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office. Randy stated someone had broken into his barn. Randy stated he had chained the doors from the inside of the building. Randy also stated multiple power tools were taken from the building.

The deputy went to the location to collect evidence. Total estimated loss value is $2,500. A list of missing items was not available at time of press release.
