            Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made seven arrests during the week of Feb. 4-11, 2019.

Warrant Arrests

Sarina Hart

Sarina Hart- On Feb. 10, Sarina Hart, 44, Church Point, LA, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class D felony stealing-$750 or more and a class D felony financial exploitation of an elder/disabled person. Bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.

A St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a residence on SE 871 Road in Collins in regards to stealing on April 4, 2018. The deputy made contact with Selma Martin. Martin stated she had let her niece, Hart, borrow her debit card to go buy some uniforms for her new job and some gas to get to and from Springfield. Martin stated Hart had taken the card and fled the area.

Tyson Franks

Tyson Franks- On Feb. 8, Tyson Franks, 42, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

The original charges stem from a traffic stop by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in February of 2018.

Stephanieann Sears

Stephanieann Sears- On Feb. 8, Stephanieann Sears, 28, St. Joseph, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Sears was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that Sears was a passenger in. The deputy made contact with the driver and asked for consent to search the vehicle. The driver did give consent. A K9 unit was also called to the scene. The K9 did an exterior sniff test of the vehicle and did alert to the odor of narcotics. A search of the vehicle revealed a container that was inside a purse that belonged to Sears. Sears admitted the box had two glass pipes, a scale, a prescription pill, and two baggies with a brown substance in them. The brown substance did field test positive for methamphetamine.

Brandon Wood

Brandon Wood- On Feb. 7, Brandon Wood, 26, Osceola, was arrested on St. Clair County warrants charging him with a class D misdemeanor no insurance, a class D misdemeanor no driver’s license, and a class A misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident. Total bond is set at $763.50 cash only.

The original charges come from the Missouri State Highway Patrol on June 9, 2018.

Bradley Chamberlain

Bradley Chamberlain- On Feb. 6, Bradley Chamberlain, 40, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class E felony passing a bad check. Bond is set at $500 cash only.

The original charge comes from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on May 1, 2018.

Sean Wyrick

Sean Wyrick- On Feb. 6, Sean Wyrick, 42, Coffeyville, KS, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear in court on an unclassified misdemeanor weight on tandem axle exceeded 34,000 pounds. Bond is set at $400 cash only.

The original charge comes from the Missouri State Highway Patrol in April of 2016.

Tara Thomson

Tara Thomson- On Feb. 5, Tara Thomson, 35, Belton was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony burglary in the second degree. Thomson was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a residence on NE 567 Private Road in reference to a female subject trying to enter the residence and that she was possibly armed. While the deputy was en route, they were advised by dispatch, that the female subject was trying to leave the scene in a silver or gray SUV.

The deputy arrived on scene and made contact with the driver and passenger of the vehicle. While doing a record check of the two individuals in the vehicle, Thomson, later identified by her driver’s license, exited the barn on the property and walked over to where the deputy and individuals were. When asked by the deputy why she was at the residence, Thomson stated she knew the people that lived there and that she had been coming here for years.

The deputy contacted the reporting person, Marsha Hagan, who stated she does not Tara Thomson. Hagan stated Thomson was screaming and trying to enter the residence. Thomson stated she was looking for a male subject. Hagan advised Thomson that the male she was looking for does not live at the residence and that she needed to leave.
