St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office News Updates Oct. 22-26, 2018
Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made five arrests during the week of Oct. 22-26, 2018.
Warrant Arrest

John Mead- On Oct. 25, John Mead, 49, Clinton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a probation violation on an original class A misdemeanor possession of up to 35 grams of a synthetic cannabinoid. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.
The original charge comes from an investigation by the Missouri Department of Conservation on Oct. 16, 2016.

Nicole Vannostrand- On Oct. 25, Nicole Vannostrand, 33, Andover, KS, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original class C felony passing bad check for $500 or more-no account/insufficient funds. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.
The original charge stems from an investigation by the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on July 26, 2015.

Taylor Reynolds- On Oct. 24, Taylor Reynolds, 25, Harrisonville, was arrested on St. Clair County warrants charging her with a class D misdemeanor no driver’s license and a class B misdemeanor exceeded posted speed limit by 20-25 mph. Bond is set at $592 cash only.
The warrants stem from a traffic stop by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Jan. 1, 2018.

Seth Parker- On Oct. 23, Seth Parker, 19, Deepwater, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of a class D misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less. Bond is set at $500 cash or surety.
The original charge comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that Parker was a passenger in for a traffic violation. The deputy had seen an occupant of the vehicle toss an object from the vehicle. The driver and other occupants admitted to smoking marijuana. During a search of the vehicle there was a small amount of marijuana in the back seat where Parker was sitting.

Jamie Batts- On Oct. 22, Jamie Batts, 40, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a probation violation on original charges of a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
The arrest stems from an investigation into a disturbance on 4th Street in Osceola on Oct. 14, 2017. Deputies arrived on scene to find an intoxicated Batts walking down the street with two needles in her hand. The needles field tested positive for methamphetamine.
