            Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made 16 arrests during the week of Sept. 24-Oct. 1, 2018.

Warrant Arrests

Viviana Chavarria

Viviana Chavarria- On Oct. 1, Viviana Chavarria, 33, Clinton, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class E assault in the third degree. Chavarria was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after St. Clair County deputies were dispatched to Alexander Farms BP in Lowry City for an assault in progress. A deputy arrived on scene and spoke with a store employee who stated that Vivianna Chavarria and her father Victor Chavarria had assaulted her and another customer of the store.

A deputy reviewed the video footage of the event. The video shows Chavarria going behind the counter and assaulting the store employee. The video show a customer pulling Chavarria from the store employee and getting her out from behind the counter. He then tries to block Chavarria and her father from coming behind the counter and was struck several times in the face. The video also show Chavarria grabbing items from the counter top and throwing them at the employee.

Chavarria had fled the scene in a vehicle. Another deputy tried to perform a traffic stop on the vehicle she was driving and she drove the car off the road into a ditch trying to avoid from getting stopped. Chavarria headed back into the parking lot of Alexander Farms BP and was boxed in by other deputies. Chavarria was taken into custody without further incidents.

Chavarria also has two warrants for failure to appear in court out of Greene County for a total bond of $2,000 cash or surety.

Victor Chavarria- On Oct. 1, Victor Chavarria, 52, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class E felony assault in the third degree. Chavarria was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after St. Clair County deputies were dispatched to Alexander Farms BP in Lowry City for an assault in progress. A deputy arrived on scene and spoke with a store employee who stated that Vivianna Chavarria and her father Victor Chavarria had assaulted her and another customer of the store.

The Good Samaritan, Shaine Tierney, tried to stop the two aggressors from getting behind the counter of the store and was struck in the face several times.

Laura Robling

Laura Robling- On Oct. 1, Laura Robling, 32, Belton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on original charges of a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy pulled over the vehicle Robling was driving for equipment violations and a traffic violation on July 15, 2018. The deputy asked for and was given consent to search the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, the deputy found a bag under the passenger’s seat. Inside the bad was drug paraphernalia and a baggie containing a white crystal like substance. Robling admitted to the bag being hers. The crystal like substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Roy Wiley

Roy Wiley- On Sept 30, Roy Wiley, 43, Kansas City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class E felony driving while revoked or suspended. Wiley was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle Wiley was driving for an equipment violation. A record check revealed Wiley has a revoked license and multiple passed convictions for driving while revoked.

Jon Moore

Jon Moore- On Sept. 29, Jon Moore, 32, Harrison, AR, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Moore was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Moore was driving for traffic violations. While speaking with Moore, the deputy asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle. Moore admitted there was a marijuana cigarette and a “dope pipe” and some “dope” in a bag. The deputy asked if Moore meant methamphetamine. Moore stated yes. The deputy asked for and received consent to search the vehicle. During the search the deputy recovered the marijuana cigarette, baggie of crystal like substance and glass pipe. The baggie and pipe both field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Alisha Yeargan

Alisha Yeargan- On Sept. 29, Alisha Yeargan, 37, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on three ordinance charges for no insurance, no seat belt, and failing to register vehicle. Bond is set at $170 cash only.

The original charges stem from a traffic stop by the Osceola Police Department on Dec. 15, 2015.

Joshua Foley

Joshua Foley- On Sept. 28, Joshua Foley, 35, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Foley also had a warrant out of Henry County for failure to appear in court on a class E felony non-support. Foley was placed on a 24 hour hold for the class D felony pending formal charges. The bond for the Henry County warrant is $500 cash only.

The arrest comes after the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Foley’s residence. During the search of the residence, a baggie containing a white crystal like substance was located, along with a glass pipe and a marijuana cigarette. The baggie containing the white crystal like substance and the glass pipe did field test positive for methamphetamine.

Porche Keith

Porche Keith- On Sept. 28, Porche Keith, 26, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Keith was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on a residence in Appleton City. During the search, a baggie containing a crystal like substance was located along with a glass pipe and a marijuana cigarette. The baggie of crystal like substance and the glass pipe did field test positive for methamphetamine.

Terry Seileman

Terry Seileman- On Sept. 27, Terry Seileman, 40, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Seileman was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on a residence in Appleton City. During a search of Seileman’s residence three baggies with a crystal like substance were located along with two baggies that contained marijuana. The baggies with the crystal like substance did field test positive for methamphetamine.

Kaitlyn Peters

Kaitlyn Peters- On Sept. 27, Kaitlyn Peters, 28, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Peters was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on a residence in Appleton City. During the search of the residence multiple pieces of paraphernalia were located with a white crystal like residue on them along with three baggies containing a white crystal like substance and two baggies containing marijuana. The crystal like substance did field test positive for methamphetamine. Peters van also had a stolen license plate on it that was confiscated by deputies.

Tabitha Aldridge

Tabitha Aldridge- On Sept. 27, Tabitha Aldridge, 39, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor passing bad check. Bond is set at $450 cash only.

The warrant comes after an investigation into Aldridge writing a check out of an account of her ex-boyfriend. Aldridge was in a residence in Appleton City when a search warrant was conducted by the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.

Daniel Parker, Sr.

Daniel Parker, Sr.- On Sept. 27, Daniel Parker, Sr., 50, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Parker was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on a residence in Appleton City. During the search, a straw with a white crystal like substance was found in the immediate area of where Parker was sitting. The straw field tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine.

Eric Engeman

Eric Engeman- On Sept. 27, Eric Engeman, 45, Lowry City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.

The warrant comes from a Mid Missouri Drug Task Force investigation on Aug. 31, 2018.

Blake Duncan

Blake Duncan- On Sept. 27, Blake Duncan, 34, Deepwater, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class A misdemeanor violation of order of protection for an adult. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety.

The arrest comes after Jennifer Duncan reported to a St. Clair County deputy that she has an order of protection on her ex-husband. Jennifer Duncan reported Blake Duncan is only allowed to text message or call her if it regards their children. Jennifer stated he had contacted her multiple times in regards to other issues, not pertaining to their children.

Bruce Lindquist

Bruce Lindquist- On Sept. 26, Bruce Lindquist, 57, Collins, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class C felony sexual abuse in the first degree. Bruce was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a female victim reported that Bruce had touched her in an unwanted sexual manner.

James Dodson- On Sept. 25, James Dodson, 24, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D misdemeanor driving while revoked or suspended-first offense. Dodson was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that Dodson was driving for an equipment violation.
