St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office News Updates Sept. 24-28, 2018

Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made three arrests during the week of Sept. 24-28, 2018.

Warrant Arrest

Blake Duncan

Blake Duncan- On Sept. 27, Blake Duncan, 34, Deepwater, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class A misdemeanor violation of order of protection for an adult. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety.

The arrest comes after Jennifer Duncan reported to a St. Clair County deputy that she has an order of protection on her ex-husband. Jennifer Duncan reported Blake Duncan is only allowed to text message or call her if it regards their children. Jennifer stated he had contacted her multiple times in regards to other issues, not pertaining to their children.

Bruce Lindquist

Bruce Lindquist- On Sept. 26, Bruce Lindquist, 57, Collins, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class C felony sexual abuse in the first degree. Bruce was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a female victim reported that Bruce had touched her in an unwanted sexual manner.

James Dodson

James Dodson- On Sept. 25, James Dodson, 24, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D misdemeanor driving while revoked or suspended-first offense. Dodson was booked and released pending formal charges.

The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that Dodson was driving for an equipment violation.
