Help Wanted: Deputy Sheriff

The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for full-time positions as a Deputy Sheriff. Primary duties will include patrol of the county, answering calls for service, paper service, and other various duties as assigned. Must be able to perform tasks on your own and as a team member. Shifts and hours will be varying.  Minimum requirements are: Must be a high school graduate, at least 21 years of age, POST Certified, have a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a thorough background investigation. Benefits include paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation time. Health insurance is available. We are an equal opportunity employer.
