The complete St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office  News Release Aug. 6-13, 2018

            Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made 11 arrests, took two stealing and two burglary reports during the week of Aug. 6-13, 2018.

Warrant Arrests

Viviana Chavarria

     Viviana Chavarria- On Aug 13, Viviana Chavarria, 32, Clinton, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony for forgery, a class A misdemeanor stealing, a class A misdemeanor counterfeiting, and a class A misdemeanor driving while revoked/suspended. This is a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
     The arrest comes after St. Clair County deputies were dispatched to the Alexander Farm BP in Lowry City in reference to stealing.
     Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the store owner, Shallu Goyal. Goyal stated she has security video footage of a store employee, Chavarria, taking a counterfeit $50 bill out of her back pocket and switching it with legal money from the cash register.

Dakota Jeansonne

     Dakota Jeansonne- On Aug. 13, Dakota Jeansonne, 28, Ash Grove, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance, a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, amd a class D misdemeanor driving while revoked/suspended. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
     The warrant comes after Jeansonne was stopped for a traffic violation on May 29, 2018. The deputy made contact with Jeansonne and he admitted to the deputy he had a revoked license. A records check revealed this to be true along with multiple prior convictions for no driver’s license.      
     A K9 was called to the scene. An exterior sniff test of the vehicle was performed. The K9 alerted to the presence of narcotics. During a search of the vehicle a plastic wrapper with a white crystal residue was located along with a glass pipe. The plastic wrapper field tested positive for methamphetamines.

Andrea Johnson

     Andrea Johnson- On Aug. 12, Andrea Johnson, 39, Lexington, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson also has an active warrant out of Laffayette County for failure to appear in court on an original class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
     The arrest comes after a concerned citizen approached a St. Clair County deputy while he was sitting at Shelby’s Truck Stop in Lowry City. The citizen informed the deputy that there was a female sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle that looked to be deceased.
     The deputy proceeded to the location of the vehicle and observed a female sitting in the passenger seat with a leg hanging out of the car. The deputy observed the female breathing and woke her up.
     After making sure she was okay, the deputy did a record check on Johnson and found that she has an active felony warrant out of Lafayette County. The deputy asked if she had anything illegal in her belongings. Johnson gave the deputy consent to search her things. During the search of Johnson’s purse a used glass pipe with a crystal like residue was found, along with a marijuana cigarette, and a small amount of marijuana. The pipe field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Zachary Klincksick

     Zachary Klincksick- On Aug. 12, Zachary Klincksick, 24, Appleton City, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class A misdemeanor domestic assault in the fourth degree. Klinksick was booked and released pending formal charges.
     The arrest comes after deputies were called to Chopper Stoppers Bar in Roscoe in regards to a domestic assault that had occurred.
     Upon arrival, a deputy spoke with a witness who stated that Klincksick had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend. The witness also stated that Klinksick had walked up to his girlfriend, grabbed the back of her hair, and jerked her head back. Klincksick also broke the front door to the establishment when he slammed it on his way out.

Timmy McIntire

     Timmy McIntire- On Aug. 11, Timmy McIntire, 26, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class E felony assault in the third degree. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety.
     The charges come from the Appleton City Police Department on July 10, 2018.

Russell Moore

     Russell Moore- On Aug. 9, Russell Moore, 59, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on an unclassified felony armed criminal action and a class D felony assault in the second degree. This is a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
     The arrest comes after Moore allegedly backed up his vehicle with a trailer connected to it at a high rate of speed and struck a juvenile. The juvenile had minor injuries.

Phillis Jackson

     Phillis Jackson- On Aug. 9, Phillis Jackson, 40, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class D misdemeanor driving while revoked/suspended and a class C misdemeanor exceeding the posted speed limit by 16-19 mph over. Total bond is set at $745 cash only.
     The original charges come from a traffic stop by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on April 19, 2017.

Dale Conger

     Dale Conger- On Aug. 9, Dale Conger, 22, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a probation violation on an original class C felony sexual abuse in the first degree. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
     The original charges stem from an investigation by the Osceola Police Department on Aug. 25, 2015.

John Lockridge

     John Lockridge- On Aug. 8, John Lockridge, 32, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
     Lockridge also has a warrant out of Johnson County, Kansas for an unclassified felony for failure to register as a sex offender. This is a no bond warrant.
     The warrant comes after a traffic stop by a St. Clair County deputy on May 4, 2018. The deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle that Lockridge was driving for an equipment violation. The deputy asked Lockridge if there was anything illegal in the vehicle. Lockridge admitted there was a marijuana cigarette inside of a DVD case inside the car. Lockridge also advised there was a baggie of methamphetamine next to the driver’s seat.
     During the search of the vehicle, the deputy collected the drugs where Lockridge stated they would be. A continued search of the vehicle resulted in no more findings.
     The baggie of white crystalline substance did field test positive for methamphetamine.

     Jerry Allison- On Aug. 7, Jerry Allison, 40, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-prior drug offense. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.
     The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy was assisting the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force during a consensual search of a residence on West Burbank Street in Appleton City on July 25, 2018.
     During a search of the residence two glass light bulbs that were fashioned into smoking devices were found along with a zip lock bag with a crystalline substance in it. The light bulbs and zip lock bag field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Natasha Allison

     Natasha Allison- On Aug. 7, Natasha Allison, 37, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-prior drug offense. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.
     The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy was assisting the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force during a consensual search of a residence on West Burbank Street in Appleton City on July 25, 2018.

Stealing in Osceola

     On Aug. 7, a St. Clair County deputy was requested to contact Clint Dutcher in reference to a stolen cow.
     The deputy made contact with Dutcher via phone. Dutcher stated he had left town on Aug. 2 and returned home on Aug. 5. Upon his return, Dutcher noticed a yellow Charolais cow, weighing approximately 1300 pounds, missing from a field on NW 451 Road and Highway B. Dutcher stated there was a green ear tag with the number 10 on it. Dutcher stated he searched for two days before reporting the cow missing.

 Stealing in Deepwater

     On Aug. 7, a St. Clair County deputy took a walk in report in reference to a stolen personal check.
     The deputy spoke with Diana Stockwell. Stockwell reported that her granddaughter Mindy Bultemeier had gone into her vehicle, got into her purse, and took a personal check. Stockwell stated Bultemeier gave the check to her friend, Trish Dike, who cashed the check for $200.
     Stockwell stated she asked Bultemeier if she took the check. Bultemeier denied any knowing of the check. Stockwell asked Dike about the check. Dike said she did not know where it came from, but cashed it anyway.
     Stockwell filled out a request for prosecution.

Burglary in Osceola

     On Aug. 7, a St. Clair County deputy received a phone call in reference to a burglary on SE 467 Private Road.
     The deputy made contact with Mark Hobbs. Hobbs stated he was putting a bike in his storage unit and noticed the lock was broken off the door. Hobbs stated there were two Master Craft air compressors missing from the unit. Hobbs stated the total estimated loss value is $500.

Burglary in Lowry City

     On Aug. 6, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched NW 400 Road in reference to a burglary.
     Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with Carrie Ammann. Ammann stated she has some of her property in storage at the Ox Yoke BBQ building in Lowry City. Ammann stated that when she went to get some items from storage, she noticed some of her belongings missing. Ammann stated her Craftsman riding lawn mower, marble table, two bar stools, scuba wet suit, two scuba air tanks, and a stainless steel toaster were all missing. Total estimated loss is $750.
     Ammann named a person of interest.
     This case has been forwarded to the Lowry City Police Department.
