St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office News Updates July 16-20, 2018
Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made six arrests during the week of July 16-20, 2018.
Warrant Arrest

Jason Bost
|
Jason Bost- On July 19, Jason Bost, 44, Lowry City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. The charges come after a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to the area of Twin Oaks Harbor to check the welfare of people asleep in a vehicle. When the deputy arrived on scene, a male and female subject were standing outside of the vehicle and child was inside the vehicle. The deputy asked for and was given consent to search the vehicle by both the female and Bost. During the search of the vehicle two large plastic bags and a straw were found with some white crystal like residue on them. The bags and straw all field tested positive for methamphetamine. Bost admitted to all of the stuff to be his.

Timmie Green

Timmie Green- On July 19, Timmie Green, 32, Clinton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him failure to appear in court on an original charges of a class B misdemeanor trespassing in the first degree and a class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Total bond is set at $1,500 cash or surety. The charges come after a homeowner called to complain about a vehicle driving through her yard and getting stuck in the mud on Feb. 23, 2018. A St. Clair County deputy arrived on scene and made contact with the driver and passenger of the vehicle. Green was identified as the driver, and appeared to be under the influence.

Heath Maxwell

Heath Maxwell- On July 18, Heath Maxwell, 44, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class E felony possession of a controlled substance, class E felony unlawful use of a weapon, and a class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The arrest comes after St. Clair County deputies were advised of a careless and imprudent driver on Highway 13. A search of the surrounding area revealed a car matching the description and license plates was located at The Port Convenience Store. Deputies made contact with the driver and passenger of the vehicle. A K9 unit did an exterior sniff test of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotics. During a search of the vehicle a baggie with a white crystal like substance was found along with a glass pipe. A field test of the white crystal like substance was positive for methamphetamine.

Heather Willmore

Heather Willmore- On July 18, Heather Willmore, 32, El Dorado Springs, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The arrest comes after St. Clair County deputies were advised of a careless and imprudent driver on Highway 13. A search of the surrounding area revealed a car matching the description and license plates located at The Port Convenience Store. Deputies made contact with the driver and passenger of the vehicle. A K9 unit did an exterior sniff test of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotics. A search of the vehicle revealed a baggie with a white crystal like substance and a glass pipe. The white crystal substance field tested positive for methamphetamine. Willmore admitted the drugs and glass pipe to be hers.

Seth Greufe

Seth Greufe- On July 18, Seth Greufe, 25, Montrose, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him failure to appear in court on an ordinance charge of driving while revoked or suspended. Bond is set at $237.50 cash only. The original charge comes from a traffic stop by the Osceola Police Department on June 6, 2017.

Amber Short

Amber Short- On July 17, Amber Short, 36, Garden City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance, class E felony unlawful use of a weapon, and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety. The charges come after a St. Clair County deputy made contact with a vehicle that Short was a passenger in on May 6, 2018. During questioning of Short, she denied of anything illegal in the vehicle. Upon a consented search of the vehicle, a baggie of a white crystal like substance, glass pipe, glass water bong, and two handguns were found.
