St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office News Updates April May 21-25, 2018
Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made seven arrests during the week of May 21-25, 2018.
Warrant Arrests

Louise Kilgore
|
Louise Kilgore- On May 24, Louise Kilgore, 46, Hollister, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class C felony delivery of a controlled substance. This is a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
The charge comes after a St. Clair County deputy pulled over the vehicle Kilgore was driving for an equipment violation. When Kilgore was asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle, she said there was some marijuana inside her purse. A K9 unit was called to the scene to do an exterior sniff test of the vehicle. The K9 alerted to the presence of narcotics. During a search of the vehicle a zip lock bag of marijuana was found along with a zip lock bag that contained a white crystal like substance. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Brandon Wood

Brandon Wood- On May 23, Brandon Wood, 25, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on two Jackson County warrants for a class B misdemeanor presenting a false identification to gain entry to a gambling boat and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is set at $200 cash only.

Chelsea Burleson

Chelsea Burleson- On May 23, Chelsea Burleson, 27, Neosho, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
The charge stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation on June 26, 2017.

Jason Kamp

Jason Kamp- On May 23, Jason Kamp, 28, Springfield, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for an ordinance charge of exceeding the posted speed limit by 11-15 mph over. The bond is set at $93 cash only.
The charge stems from a traffic stop by the Osceola Police Department on Oct. 15, 2017.

Johney Gardner

Johney Gardner- On May 23, Johney Gardner, 50, Buffalo, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. This is a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
The charge comes after a St. Clair County deputy pulled over the vehicle that Gardner was driving for traffic violations. During a search of the driver, two plastic bags containing a white crystal like substance were found. The baggies tested positive for methamphetamine.

Janine Harrison

Janine Harrison- On May 23, Janine Harrison, 47, Belton, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. This is a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
The charge comes after a St. Clair County deputy pulled over a vehicle, that Harrison was a passenger in, for traffic violations. During a search of the driver, two baggies of a white crystal like substance were found.

Paul Robertson

Paul Robertson- On May 23, Paul Robertson, 32, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. This is a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
This arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputies responded to a disturbance in a residence on NW YY highway. Jacob Robertson reported that his brother, Paul, was acting crazy inside their mother’s house.
Upon arrival, one of the deputies made contact with Robertson in the front yard. Robertson was making some strange comments while speaking with the deputy. The deputies got consent to search Robertson’s bedroom. During the search, a straw with a white residue was found, along with multiple articles of paraphernalia.
