Warrant Arrests

Brandon Ketterman

Brandon Ketterman- On Feb. 8, Brandon Ketterman, 46, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Henry County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class C felony possession of a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Ketterman also has an unclassified felony warrant for probation violation out of Polk County. Total bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

Melissa Zweifel

Melissa Zweifel- On Feb. 7, Melissa Zweifel, 24, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Benton County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class C misdemeanor violation of education requirement for a child. Bond is set at $420.50 cash only.
The arrest comes after St. Clair County deputies and Henry County deputies were working together on a follow up to a stealing case. The deputies arrived at NE 600 Rd. and made contact with Zweifel at the residence. A record check showed she had a warrant out of Benton County.

Phillis Jackson

Phillis Jackson- On Feb. 6, Phillis Jackson, 40, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for a class D felony of possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Total bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
The charges stem from a traffic stop by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on April 19, 2017.

Charles Fox-Romero

Charles Fox-Romero- On Feb. 6, Charles Fox-Romero, 33, Miami, FL, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for a class D misdemeanor for driving while revoked or suspended and a class D felony of delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county/private jail/correctional center. Total bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety.
The arrest comes after a St. Clair County deputy pulled a vehicle over for speeding. While the deputy was speaking with Fox-Romero, he admitted to the deputy that he did not have a driver’s license. The deputy then placed him under arrest.
While being searched inside the St. Clair County Jail, Correctional Officers found two glass pipes that Fox-Romero had placed into his underwear.
