Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made seven arrests and took a stealing report during the week of Dec. 4-Dec. 11, 2017.
Warrant Arrests

John Younce Jr.
|
John Younce Jr.- On Dec. 11, John Younce Jr., 44, Belton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him a class D felony possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county/private jail/correction center except with a written prescription, and a class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less. Total bond is set at $17,500 cash or surety.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on Sept. 2, 2017 by a St. Clair County deputy.

Brian Hoffman

Brian Hoffman- On Dec. 11, Brian Hoffman, 48, Clinton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with an unclassified felony probation violation. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

Thomas Witt
|
Thomas Witt- On Dec. 10, Thomas Witt, 32, Springfield, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a Cedar County warrant charging him with a class E felony driving while revoked. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

Michael Doerr

Michael Doerr- On Dec. 9, Michael Doerr, 58, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
The arrest comes from a St. Clair County investigation into a suspicious vehicle at Surgarfoot BBQ restaurant. St. Clair county deputies arrived to check on the vehicle and found Doerr sitting in the driver’s seat. A K9 did an exterior sniff test of the vehicle and alerted to the odor of narcotics. A search of the vehicle revealed a plastic baggie with a crystal like substance in it and a glass pipe. A field test of the baggie showed positive for methamphetamines.

Joshua Bohannon

Joshua Bohannon- On Dec. 6, Joshua Bohannon, 33, Osceola, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class E felony domestic assault.
The arrest comes after the victim reported that she and Bohannon got into an argument. The victim stated that during the argument, Bohannon punched her in the face several times and then put her in a headlock. A request for prosecution was filled out.

David Faulkner

David Faulkner- On Dec. 4, David Faulkner, 32, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.
The charges stem from a Mid-Missouri Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force investigation on Aug. 22, 2017.

Gerald Fennewald

Gerald Fennewald- On Dec. 4, Gerald Fennewald, 40, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class E felony domestic assault in the third degree. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
The arrest comes from a St. Clair County investigation into a domestic assault in Appleton City. The victim stated that Fennewald had punched her in the face during an argument. A request for prosecution was filled out.

Trailer Stolen Out of Osceola Off of TT Highway
On Dec. 11, a St. Clair County deputy was notified to contact Dave Ford in reference to a stolen trailer.
Ford stated his neighbor called him earlier in the day and informed him that Ford’s 16 ft. trailer was stolen off of his property.
Ford described the trailer as a black 2006 16 ft. Maxey trailer with four foot wood sides that are painted black, with grey wheels.
Estimated value of the trailer is $4,800.
