A male subject was standing by the stop sign at Truman Rd. and Highway 13, later identified as Michael Flegler. The deputies pulled the driver over and identified the driver as Tia Ragni. The deputy noticed a strong odor of alcohol on Ragni. The deputy conducted the standardized field sobriety tests on Ragni, which she failed. She was placed under arrest.
