Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made two warrant arrests, took reports of stealing, and burglary during the first part of the week May 8-12, 2017. Three arrest warrants were issued and there were Court Case Updates.
Warrant arrests
Terry Randolph- On May 10, Terry Randolph, 57, Pittsburg, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony possession of a controlled substance and class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The warrant was issued the same day and bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.

The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation the previous day when a deputy was on patrol and noticed a vehicle stopped on the side of NE 101 Road, Lowry City. As the deputy approached the vehicle it appeared someone ran from the ditch and got into the vehicle and it kept traveling on. The vehicle pulled over again and a passenger exited the vehicle and ran to the ditch. A traffic stop was initiated and Randolph was identified as the driver. During the investigation a bag containing a crystalline substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine and a glass pipe were recovered from his possession. Randolph was also taken into custody on a no bond U.S. Marshal Service warrant for probation violation on a federal felony charge.

Janie Tindall- On May 9, Janie Tindall, 56, Pleasant Hill, was arrested on a Cass County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original class D felony charge of driving while revoked. The warrant was issued on Oct. 4, 2016 and bond was set at $25,000 cash only.
The arrest came after a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle she was driving on Highway 52 near A Highway, Appleton City. Tindall was taken into custody on the warrant, A criminal summons was issued for misdemeanor charges of failing to register a motor vehicle, driving while revoked, and no insurance from the traffic stop.

Three dirt bikes stolen on H Highway
On May 11, a St. Clair County deputy took a theft report on NW Highway H, Appleton City. Julie Davis reported her son went out to the shop building and noticed his three dirt bikes were gone. She reported a Vizio television is also missing from the shop. The dirt bikes were described as a 2005 yellow and black Suzuki 250cc, a yellow 1977 Suzuki TS250, and a red and black 1985 Honda XR200. The value of the bikes was estimated at $1,350.
Burglary reported at Twin Oaks Harbor
On May 11, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report at Twin Oaks Harbor, Lowry City. Ruby Parson reported someone entered her trailer and went through kitchen drawers, movies, and video games. She noted several movies, three pairs of jeans, and a bottle Moscato wine were missing from her trailer. A value of the missing items was not available at this time.

Tamy Lukecart- On May 1, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Tamy Lukecart, 39, Clinton, charging her with failing to appear in court on a class C felony assault-second degree-operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury, class A misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child-second degree-intoxication/BAC-vehicular, class A misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident, class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated-alcohol, and an infraction for failing to wear a seat belt. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The original charges stem from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on Aug. 13, 2014.

Keri Wright- On May 1, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Keri Wright, 24, Appleton City, for probation revocation on an original class C felony of forgery. The charge stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation on Sept. 19, 2016. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. .

Casandra Hood- On May 1, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Casandra Hood, 42, Clinton, for probation revocation on three original class C felony charges of passing a bad check. The charges stems from incidents in 2011 and 2012. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
