Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made six warrant arrests and a report of burglary during the week of April 3-10, 2017. He noted Probation and Parole issued five arrest warrants for absconders from the area and there were also several court case updates.
Warrant arrests
Jose Jimenez Garcia- On April 10, Jose Jimenez Garcia, 34, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on an unclassified misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. The warrant was issued on July 6, 2016 and bond is set at $500 cash only.

The charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on April 22, 2016 when a deputy conducted a traffic stop on Highway 54 near Collins. Jimenez Garcia was driving and further investigation discovered his driver’s license was suspended. He was issued a citation and informed contact a licensed driver to get him and his vehicle.

Richard McKinley Jr.- On April 10, Richard McKinley Jr., 45, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony non support-total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. Bond is set at $1,500 cash only.
Micheal Robinson- On April 9, Micheal Robinson, 45, Clinton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony possession of a controlled substance and class D misdemeanor possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana. Bond is set at $12,500 cash or surety.

The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation the previous day when a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle Robinson was driving. During the investigation a white film container was located. It containing quarters, marijuana, and a white crystal substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Bobby Louvier- On April 9, Bobby Louvier, 34, Collins, was arrested in St. Clair County on an arrest warrant from Cass County. The warrant charges Louvier with class A misdemeanor domestic assault-third degree. The warrant was issued on March 13, 2017 and bond is set at $5,000 with 10-percecnt cash. The charge stems from a Cass County Sheriff’s Office investigation in December 2016.

Donovan Gregg- On April 8, Donovan Gregg, 29, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony domestic assault-second degree. The warrant was issued on June 15, 2016 and bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation in May 2016 when Gregg allegedly punched a female in the head with his fist numerous times.

Jesse Sharp- On April 4, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Jesse Sharp, 31, Lincoln, on three Bates County warrants from Adrian Police Department for failing to appear in court. Sharp is charged with misdemeanor careless and imprudent driving, resisting arrest, and no insurance. Total bond is set at $150 cash only.
Richard Steward- On April 3, a St. Clair County Deputy arrested Richard Steward, 57, Osceola, on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony possession on a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor possession of marijuana-10 grams or less. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. The charges stem from an Osceola Police Department investigation on March 2.

Burglary reported on NE 301 Road, Deepwater
On April 7, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on NE 301 Road, Deepwater. Jerome Ammann reported he has two locks on a chain he uses as a gate. One lock was cut and the other was broke. After checking his building, he found several items missing. Items missing include two Homelite water pumps, a roller tool box, five smaller tool boxes with miscellaneous tools, a gasoline small engine with horizontal shaft, a farm six volt/12 volt battery charger with boost, an Echo weed eater, a dead lawn mower battery, a 220 volt small Lincoln stick welder, one 7,000 watt generator, and two four horse power Coleman generators. The value of the items was estimated at $1,360.

Probation and Parole issues arrest warrants for absconders
On April 10, Missouri Department of Corrections Board of Probation and Parole issued arrest warrants for five individuals wanted for absconding supervision.

Kayne Gonzales, 21, Lowry City, is wanted for absconding supervision on original offenses of felony domestic assault-second degree and assault-first degree.

Courtney Hopkins, 32, Appleton City, is wanted for absconding supervision on original offenses of felony forgery, burglary-second degree and receiving stolen property.
Pamela Williams, 27, Osceola, is wanted for absconding supervision on an original offense of felony receiving stolen property.

Roni Scott, 32, El Dorado Springs, is wanted for absconding supervision on original offenses of felony possession of a controlled substance and voluntary manslaughter.
