Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made three warrant arrests during the week March 6-13, 2017. He noted several deputies attended and assisted instructing a week long advanced tactics training held at the H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation, Osceola. Law enforcement officials from multiple jurisdictions attended the training.

Chad Nash- On March 13, Chad Nash, 42, Raymore, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. The warrant was issued on April 20, 2016 and bond is set at $1,500 cash only.

Michael Fisk- On March 9, Michael Fisk, 42, Osceola was arrested a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Bond is set at $1,500 cash or surety. The charge stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation on Nov. 21, 2016.

Daniel Aalders- On March 8, Daniel Aalders, 29, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to obey a judge’s order to pay restitution. Aalders was originally charged with a class C misdemeanor traffic offense. Bond is set at $4,608.50 cash only.

David Eaton Sr.-On March 9, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for David Eaton Sr., 67, Lowry City, charging him with class D felony driving while intoxicated-persistent offender. Bond is set at $7,500 cash or surety. The charge stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on Oct. 12, 2016.
