Sheriff Scott Keeler said deputies made five warrant arrests and took reports of stealing, trespassing, property damage, and burglary during the week of Nov. 28-Dec. 5.
Disturbance on B Highway
On Dec. 5, St. Clair County deputies responded to B Highway near NE 251 Road, Osceola, in reference to a disturbance. Deputies made contact with a male subject who admitted to being under the influence of a controlled substance. It was learned the subject attempted to board a Osceola Public School bus with children on it. He believed individuals were chasing him and was looking for safety. Emergency medical services were called to the scene and later transported the man to an area hospital. No criminal charges are being sought at this time in connection with the incident.
Firearms reported stolen
On Dec. 4, a St. Clair County deputy took a report in reference to stolen firearms. Donald Sellers reported a Ruger 9mm handgun and a Winchester 30-30 rifle missing from inside his residence on NE 501 Road, Osceola.
Vehicle reported stolen
On Dec. 3, a St. Clair County deputy took a report on SE 1000 Road, Collins, in reference to a stolen vehicle. Charlene Mulloy reported an individual borrowed her 2007 Ford Edge on Dec. 2 and was suppose to return the next morning and did not. Later on Dec. 3, a deputy was contacted by the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office the vehicle was recovered on South 351 Road, El Dorado Springs.
Trespassing, stealing, property damage reported on T Highway
On Dec. 3, a St. Clair County deputy took a report in reference to an individual trespassing, stealing, and causing damage to property owned by Wendell Kaiser on SE T Highway, Osceola. Nathan Doll, a great-nephew of Kaiser and care taker of the property, reported someone damaged a gate and taken it off the hinges. He reported several items missing from the property including a Honda motorcycle, a metal wagon axle with wheels, and two RV batteries. The total value of the items was estimated at $1,250. Doll also reported horses have been on the property and are not supposed to be.
Property damage reported on NE 151 Road
On Dec. 3, a St. Clair County deputy took a report regarding property damage. Doug Williams reported damage to a tire on his truck due to nails in the road on NE 151 Road, Osceola. Williams noted recent charges on an individual regarding the incidents. He stated the repair was $12.
Property damage reported
On Nov. 30, a St. Clair County deputy took a property damage report at the sheriff’s office regarding an incident on NE 1100 Road, Deepwater. Arlynn Tucker reported he noticed a small caliber bullet hole on the driver's side door of his 1998 Chevrolet S-10. No estimate of damage was reported.
Burglary reported on H Highway
On Nov. 29, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on SW H Highway, Schell City. Kris Marshall reported her camper and garage were broke into. An unknown brand 19-inch television was reported missing.

Suzanne Bullock- On Dec. 5, Suzanne Bullock, 47, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety.
The charge stems from an St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on Aug. 31, when deputies responded to a residence on Highway WW, Osceola regarding Bullock not being allowed on property. During the investigation marijuana was found in her possession.

Kyle Breshear- On Dec. 2, Kyle Breshear, 19, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Bond is set at $500 cash only. The original charge stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation in January 2016.

Bobby Rhodes- On Dec. 2, Bobby Rhodes, 36, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony non support. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

James Moore- On Dec. 1, James Moore, 26, Milo, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Bates County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original misdemeanor charge of no insurance. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety. The arrest came after a St. Clair County deputy conducted a traffic stop for speeding on Highway 82, Osceola.

Patrick Brewer Jr.- On Nov. 29, Patrick Brewer Jr., 33, Marshall, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on May 2, when a St. Clair County deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Brewer was a passenger in near Collins. During the investigation a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine was located and the driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
The investigation continued when a black bag with multiple items of paraphernalia, controlled substances, and a work name tag with Brewer’s name on it was later located. It was learned the driver and Brewer both had several items in the black bag and he threw the bag out of the car when the patrol car was approaching them in Collins.

Terry Sieleman- On Nov. 29, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Terry Sieleman, 38, Appleton City, charging him with failing to appear in court on an original class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only. The original charge stems from an Appleton City Police Department investigation in October 2013.
