Sheriff Scott Keeler said deputies made four warrant arrests and took reports of burglary and stealing during the week of Oct. 3-11.
Burglary reported on SE 101 Road
On Oct. 10, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on SE 101 Road, Osceola. Alvin Stevens reported a Sanyo flat screen LCD television, a subwoofer for a surround system, and a Direct TV remote a stolen from his residence. Evidence was collected at the scene. The value of the items was estimated at $350.
Burglary reported in Appleton City
On Oct. 8, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on Missouri Street, Appleton City. Jeffrey and Deborah Cross reported an antique open faced gold pocket watch and a chocolate pearl necklace missing. The value of the items was estimated at $900. Approximately $20 to $30 in quarters was also reported missing. A suspect was named and evidence was collected at the scene.
Generator reported stolen in Appleton City
On Oct. 4, a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing report from Daylon Turner. She reported a generator was stolen at her residence on Second Street, Appleton City. Turner stated the generator was located on her back porch. The value of the generator was estimated at $600.
Burglary reported in Gerster
On Oct 3, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report in the Gerster area on SE 1141 Road, Osceola. Kimberly Hills reported she checked on the property and noticed a door standing open. Upon further inspection she noticed the door and door knob were damaged from being forced open.
Hills said a small red metal hand toolbox filled with miscellaneous tools was missing from the garage. Damage to the door was estimated at $100 and the value of the stolen toolbox and tools was estimated at $8,000.

Ronald Shivers Jr.- On Oct. 6, a St. Clair County deputy arrested Ronald Shivers Jr., 39, Lowry City, on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor assault/attempt assault on a law enforcement officer - physical contact third degree and class A misdemeanor resisting/interfering with arrest. Total bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The charges stem from a Lowry City Police Department investigation the previous day.

Roy Hall and Annette Smith- On Oct. 4, Roy Hall, 41, Henryetta, Ok., and Annette Smith, 39, Fort Scott, Ks., were arrested on St. Clair County warrants charging them each with class C felony possession of a controlled substance and class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety in each case.

The charges stem from an investigation earlier the same day when St. Clair County deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Highway 82, west of Osceola on Missouri Department of Conservation land. Contact was made with Smith, the driver and Hall, the passenger. During the investigation a pipe with residue that field tested positive for methamphetamine and several other items of drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle.
Christopher Mood- On Oct. 4, Christopher Mood, 34, Osceola, was arrested at the St. Clair County Jail on a Clinton Police Department warrant for failing to appear in court on an original misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $50 cash only.

Darrell Link- On Oct. 6, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Darrell Link, 31, Nevada, for failing to appear in court on an original class A misdemeanor charge of non support. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.
