Sheriff Scott Keeler said deputies have made six arrests during the first part of the week.
Felony warrant arrests

Joshua Bohannon- On Aug. 10, Joshua Bohannon, 32, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony driving while revoked. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on Aug. 5 and the charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on June 11 when a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle he was driving. The investigation revealed Bohannon had three prior offenses for driving while revoked or suspended.
Jimmy Clark- On Aug. 8, Jimmy Clark, 48, Independence, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original class C felony charge of theft. The warrant was issued in November 2015 and bond is set at $8,999.50.

The original charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation in October 2011 when deputies took a report from Dr. John Ure in reference to a burglary at his residence on NE 1174 Private Road located in Ninnescah Park. Ure reported a safe was stolen during the incident. The safe was later recovered with assistance from the Missouri State Highway Patrol Dive Team.
In February 2012 Clark plead guilty to the charge and the imposition of sentencing was suspended and he was placed on five years of supervised probation. He was ordered to pay a maximum of $12,875 in restitution.

Charles Gillian- On Aug. 9, Charles Gillian, 35, Collins, was arrested in Henry County on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.
The charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on Aug. 3 at Pilot Truck Stop, Collins. During the investigation a black key box with four plastic bags containing a crystal like substance was located in a vehicle. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.
Misdemeanor warrant arrests

Charles Green- On Aug. 11, Charles Green, 38, El Dorado Springs, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of pursuing/ taking/ killing/ possessing or disposing of wildlife illegally. The warrant was issued in April 2015. Bond is set at $216 cash only.

Kara Scott- On Aug. 10, Kara Scott, 24, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety. The charge stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation on June 7.

Jeffrey Bagsby- On Aug. 10, Jeffrey Bagsby, 36, Lee’s Summit, was arrested at the St. Clair County Jail on a Lee’s Summit Police Department warrant for failing to appear in court on a class C misdemeanor speeding six to 10 miles per hour over the limit. Bond is set at $100 cash or surety.

Wanted on warrants

Marcus Balthrope- Two St. Clair County arrest warrants remain active for Marcus Balthrope, 34, Appleton City. One warrant charges him with a probation violation on an original class C felony charge of driving while intoxicated-alcohol-aggravated offender and class D felony driving while revoked. The warrant was issued on June 10. The original charges stem from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation in May 2013.
Another warrant issued in May charges him with class D felony non support with total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. Total bond on the two warrants is set at $11,500 cash only.

Sheridi Wolfe- On Aug. 9, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Sheridi Wolfe, 29, Reeds Spring, charging her with class B felony distribution, delivery, manufacture or production of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation in December 2015.
