Sheriff Scott Keeler said deputies took reports of burglary, property damage, and made two warrant arrests during the week of June 27- July 4.
Property damage on NE 32 Private Road
On July 3, a St. Clair County deputy took a property damage report on NE 32 Private Road, Osceola. Kim Froehlich stated he has been renting a residence to an individual and they are behind on rent and has not been seen at the residence for a few weeks.
When Froehlich went to clean the residence he noticed cords had been cut on three televisions, several windows were broken, and a table with four matching chairs was missing. The total value of stolen and damaged items was estimated at $900.
Pump reported stolen
On June 30, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on NW 601 Road, Montrose. Charles Morlok reported a Honda WTX10 siphon pump and one gallon fuel can was missing from his shed. The value of the items was estimated at $ $470.

Warrant arrests

Rebecca Callahan- On July 2, Rebecca Callahan, 24, Camdenton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A felony trafficking of drugs second degree, Bond is set at $100,000 cash only.
The charge stems from an incident the previous day when St. Clair County deputies assisted the Osceola Police Department with a drug investigation. During the investigation over an ounce of methamphetamine was located in a Callahan’s backpack.

Troy Osborn- On June 30, Troy Osborn, 41, Wheatland, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class B felony burglary-first degree and unclassified felony armed criminal action. Bond is set at $25,000 cash only.
The charges stem from an incident the previous day when St Clair County deputies responded to a burglary in progress on South 17th Street, Collins. During the investigation it was learned Osborn unlawfully entered a residence armed with three knives. The homeowner, Kimberly Aldridge, arrived home and found Osborn and a female inside her residence. There was evidence several items were gone through in the residence.
The female suspect, Michelle Terrell, 38, Wheatland, was also taken into custody and later released pending a formal charge.

Roy Love- On June 30, Roy Love, 21, El Dorado Springs, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Henry County warrant for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of stealing. Bond is set at $500 cash only.

On June 28, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Jeffery L. Davis, 44, Buffalo, charging him with class D felony non support. Bond is set at $1,500 cash only.
