The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in locating 14-year-old Samantha Leonard. On Monday, June 6, St. Clair County deputies took a missing juvenile report from Leonard’s mother, Linda Campbell, who Leonard lives with on B Highway, Osceola.

Campbell said her daughter left the house on June 5 and she assumed she went to her father’s house also located on B Highway. Campbell believes her daughter is with Jamie Huff, 17, Osceola. Huff is a suspect in another St. Clair County investigation involving a stolen vehicle on June 5.

Kenneth Taylor reported Huff, his 17-year-old foster son, took a maroon 2003 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck in the early morning hours without permission. The Missouri license plate on the truck is 4WV-321. Other items missing from Taylor’s residence included camping supplies, dry storage food, flashlights, and batteries

Sheriff Scott Keeler urges anyone with information regarding the vehicle or whereabouts of Samantha Leonard or Jamie Huff to call the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office at 417646-2522 or the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office Tip Line, 417-646-5832, or email to tips@scsomo.org.
