St. Clair County Sheriff Scott Keeler said deputies made six warrant arrests and took reports of fraud and property damage during the week of Feb. 1-8.
Traffic stop leads to felony arrest

Terry Usher Jr.-On Feb. 5, Terry Usher Jr., 23, Osceola, was taken into custody after a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle he was a passenger in. The vehicle stop occurred on Highway 54 near the V Highway junction. During the investigation a crystal substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine was located in Usher’s possession. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. An arrest warrant was issued for Usher on Feb. 6 charging him with class C felony possession of a controlled substance.

Daniel Byrd- On Feb. 5, Daniel Byrd, 34, Branson, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for probation violation on an original class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The warrant was issued on Feb. 3 and the original charge stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation in April 2014.
Byrd also has an outstanding warrant from Buchanan County charging him with a probation violation on an original class B felony robbery-second degree. Bond is set at $20,000 on that charge.

Misty Bennink- On February 4, Misty Bennink, 34, Lowry City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A misdemeanor domestic assault-third degree, class A misdemeanor stalking, and class B misdemeanor trespass-first degree. The charges stems from an incident the day before when St. Clair County deputies responded to a disturbance on NE 800 Road, Lowry City, when Bennink allegedly trespassed on property as well as stalked and assaulted an individual. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety.

Randall Scott- On Feb. 4, Randall Scott, 48, Appleton City, was arrested on a Clay County warrant for a probation violation on an original charge of misdemeanor theft. Bond is set at $1,200 cash only. The warrant was issued on Jan. 27. The original charge stems from an incident in August 2012.

Anthony Adams- On Feb. 4, Anthony Adams, 42, Rich Hill was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony non support with total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only. The warrant was issued the same day.

Jackie Clark Jr.- On Feb. 2, Jackie Clark Jr., 59, Osceola, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while revoked and possession of marijuana. Total bond is set at $ 1,500 cash only. The warrants were issued in December 2015 and stem from two separate incidents. The driving while revoked charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on Red Rock Road, Osceola, in October 2015. The possession of marijuana charge stems from a Osceola Police Department investigation in May 2015.

Fraud report
On Feb. 3, a St. Clair County deputy took a fraud report from Morgan Austin, Osceola. Austin stated someone used his credit card information to make unauthorized purchases in Oklahoma totaling $558.88. He noted the card has been cancelled and turned into the bank. The case was forwarded to the Osceola Police Department for further investigation.
Property damage reports
On Feb. 2, a St. Clair County deputy took a property damage report on Del LaPorte Street, Collins. Don Deshazo reported his tool shed window was broken in two places. The holes in the window appeared to be consistent with bullet holes.
On Feb. 2, a St. Clair County deputy took a property damage report from George Hammergre. He reported damage to his mailbox on SW Highway 82, El Dorado Springs.

Several wanted on outstanding arrest warrants
Michael Phillips(No photo)- A St. Clair County arrest warrant remains in effect for Michael Phillips, 33, El Dorado Springs, charging him with class B felony burglary in the first degree, class C felony stealing, and class D felony property damage. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on Nov. 16, 2015. The charges are in connection to a burglary St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated at Dains Fish Farm on Highway H, Schell City, on April 12, 2014. Ammunition, cash from the register, several rolls of change, and a computer with monitor for the surveillance system was stolen from the store. Damage was also done to the front and rear doors. The total damage and loss was estimated at $5,240.

Ronald Noble- On Feb. 3, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Ronald Noble, 46, Independence, charging him with failing to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor charge of non-support. The original charge stems from December 2011. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.

Jeremy Attebery- On Feb. 1, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Jeremy Attebery, 35, Ottawa, Kan., charging him with failing to appear in court on a class C felony charge of check kiting. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The charge stems from an incident on February 2013.

Robbie King- A St. Clair County arrest warrant remains in effect for Robbie King, 47, Nixa. King is charged with failing to appear in court on a class B misdemeanor charge of trespassing-first degree. Bond is set at $550 cash only. The warrant was issued on Jan. 25 and stems from an incident in October 2014.
