Robert Brison- On Dec. 4, Robert Brison, 51, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony forgery and class A misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit device. The warrant was issued the same day and bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
The forgery charge stems from an incident in October and the fraudulent use of a credit device charge stems from an incident in November. On Nov. 24, St. Clair County deputies took a report from Evelyn Schroer in reference to two credit cards being activated in her name and maxed out to the limit. She also reported a $300 debit transaction that was not authorized and a check written to her son, Brison, for $25 was altered to $125. Schroer’s total loss was estimated at $2,114.60. She advised a recent credit check discovered another credit card in her name also.

Cynthia Chaluisant- On Dec. 2, Cynthia Chaluisant, 36, Clinton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. The warrant was issued on Nov. 30. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The original charge stems from an incident on April 26, 2013.
