Arrest warrants issued and property damage reported

Arrest warrants issued

     On Nov. 23, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Victor Price, 33, El Dorado Springs, charging him with a probation violation on an original class D felony charge of non support. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. The original charge stems from an incident on Aug. 10, 2010.

     On Nov. 23, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Gary Bray, 31, Osceola, charging him with two class B misdemeanors, trespass-first degree and property damage-second degree. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety. The charges stem from an incident on Oct. 16 when St. Clair County deputies took a report from Netha Echols in reference to trespassing and property damage on SE 1141 Road, Gerster. Echols reported damage to a door handle, a door, and glass.

     On Nov. 23, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Scynicka Schmitz, 20, Shawnee Mission, Kan., charging her with two class A misdemeanors, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety. The charges stem from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on Oct. 31.

     On Nov. 23, two St. Clair County arrest warrants were issued for Jonathan Garzon, 31, Kansas City, charging him with failing to appear in court on two ordinance violations for speeding and no driver’s license. Total bond is set at $600. The charges stem from two separate incidents in August by the Osceola Police Department.

Property damage on YY Highway

     On Nov. 24, St. Clair County deputies took a property damage report on NW YY Highway, Osceola. Robert Frederick reported damage to a window screen and a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Damage was estimated at $120.
