On Oct. 27, Michael Naylor, 47, Lowry City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant. The warrant was issued on Oct. 23 after the court asked Naylor to submit to urine test. He was to report to the St. Clair County Jail immediately for testing. Naylor failed to report as ordered. His bond was revoked and a warrant for his arrest ordered. His bond is set at $50,000 cash only.
Naylor is charged with class C felony possession of a controlled substance stemming from an investigation on Aug. 5 at his residence on NE 542 Road, Osceola. During the investigation St. Clair County deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force located a glass pipe that field tested positive for methamphetamine and several small plastic bags with a crystal substance inside that field tested positive for methamphetamine.
Stolen items on NE 800 Road
On Oct. 27, a St. Clair County deputy took a report from Lester Cartee in reference to theft. Cartee said he recently moved his trailer house to NE 800 Road, Lowry City. He left several boxes of his property on a wooden porch covered with a tarp. Cartee said several boxes are missing that contained paper towels, bath towels, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, a food mixer, typewriter, television antenna, and two small propane bottles. The total value of the items was estimated at $386. The investigation is ongoing. Arrest warrant issued
On Oct. 26, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Nicole Vannostrand, 30, Popular Bluff, for failing to appear in court on a class C felony charge of passing a bad check $500 or more-no account/insufficient funds. The charge stems from an incident on July 26.
