Warrant arrests

Shauna Wallenbeck (Lee)

     Shauna Wallenbeck (Lee)- On Oct. 14, Shauna Wallenbeck (Lee),28, Lowry City, was arrested in St. Clair County on a DeKalb County warrant charging her with a class C felony deliver/attempt to deliver/possess/deposit/conceal controlled substance at correctional facility, city/county jail or private prison/jail. Bond is set at $25,000 cash only. The warrant was issued on July 10 and stems from an incident on Sept. 20, 2014.

Rocky Willis

     Rocky Willis- On Oct. 14, Rocky Willis, 38, Osceola, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of passing bad checks, driving while revoked or suspended, no insurance, no plates, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is $1,500 cash only. The warrants were issued on June 3 and stems from incidents in March 2014 and January 2015.

Jacob Linthicum

     Jacob Linthicum- On Oct. 13, Jacob Linthicum, 21, Clinton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for a probation violation on an original class D felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The charge stems from an incident on April 15, 2014 when Linthicum allegedly pointed a rifle at Paul Shrik in an angry or threatening manner. Shirk was attempting to repossess a 2004 Mitsubishi passenger car from property located near the B Highway and M Highway junction, Appleton City, when the incident occurred.

Angelina Brewer

     Angelina Brewer- On Oct. 13, Angelina Brewer, 28, Osceola, was arrested in Osceola on a Clinton Police Department warrant for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of speeding. Bond is set at $250 cash only.

Stealing report

     On Oct. 14, a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing report on NE 777 Road, Osceola. Charles and Betty Springstube reported a red 1977 Jeep Wrangler with a brown/rust color vinyl top missing from their barn. The value of the vehicle was estimated at $5,000. It was noted another vehicle was removed from the garage, turned around, and placed back in the garage facing a different direction.
