 Pauline Carneal |
On Oct. 6, Pauline Carneal, 42, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony possession of a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. Carneal was also arrested on a “no bond” parole violation warrant issued the same day.
The charges stem from an incident on Oct. 5 when a traffic stop was conducted on CC Highway. Carneal was a passenger in the vehicle. During the investigation St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force located a glass pipe and plastic bags with a white substance inside. The items field tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine.
