Two from Osceola wanted on felony warrants

Arrest warrants were recently issued for Yancey Saunders, 40, and Rebecca Saunders, 40, both of Osceola, charging them each with class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety in each case.

The charges stem from an investigation on Aug. 20 at their residence on SE 665 Road, Osceola. During the investigation St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force discovered several plastic bags with residue and paraphernalia, some of which tested positive for methamphetamine.

Steel cable reported stolen
On Sept. 10, a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing report on SE 500 Road, Collins. Randall Greufe reported a steel cable missing from the entrance to his property. The investigation is ongoing.

Steven Weess- On Sept. 10, Steven Weess, 25, Osceola, was arrested in Osceola on a no bond felony warrant from Sarpie County, Neb., charging him with enticement by electronic communication device.

Sandra Hash- On Sept. 9, Sandra Hash, 51, Osceola, was arrested on two St. Clair County bond revocation warrants. The warrants were issued on Sept. 8. Hash was out of jail on bond charged with three counts of possessing a controlled substance in two different cases. Her bond was revoked in each case and a new bond amount was set at $10,000 cash only.
One charge stems from an investigation on Jan. 21 when a St. Clair County deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle Hash was driving. During the investigation methamphetamine and Oxycodone hydrochloride were located. The other counts stem from an investigation conducted by the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office and Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force on Feb. 25 at Hash’s residence on SW Monegaw Ave., Roscoe. During the investigation methamphetamine was located.

Elizabeth Thompson- On Sept. 9, Elizabeth Thompson, 22, Springfield, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with failing to appear in court on a class C felony of stealing a motor vehicle. The charge stems from an incident on July 27, 2014. The charge stems from an investigation regarding a 1991 Chevrolet Blazer that was sold by Courtney Dixon and David McCollum, Shell City. The vehicle was purchased and paid for with a fraudulent check.
