Sheriff Scott Keeler said there were five arrests made and a stealing report taken during the week of Aug. 10-17.
Two from Lowry City arrested on felony drug charges

On Aug. 14, Ronald Shivers Jr., 37, and Stephanie Shivers, 35, both of Lowry City, were arrested on St. Clair County warrants charging them each with two class B felony charges of distribution of a controlled substance and attempted distribution of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $30,000 cash or surety on each person.

The charges stem from an incident the day before when St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force conducted a search warrant at the Shivers’ residence on North Main Street, Lowry City. During the search methamphetamine was located.
Chainsaw reported stolen
On Aug. 13, a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing report at the Blackjack Lumber Co. on J Highway in St. Clair County. Tiffany Taylor reported a Stihl chainsaw, Model MS362, was stolen from a shed on the property. The value of the chainsaw was estimated at $600. The investigation is ongoing. Kenneth Collins Jr.- On Aug. 14, Kenneth Collins Jr., 31, Warrensburg, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants. One warrant charges Collins with a class D felony of property damage-first degree and a class C felony of tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on May 12 and stems from an incident on Nov. 3, 2014 when Collins allegedly caused damage to a vehicle owned by Thomas Timberlake. Collins allegedly kicked and jumped up and down on the vehicle caving in the hood, roof, trunk lid, and also breaking the front windshield.
The other warrant is for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving while revoked from a Lowry City Police Department investigation on March 13. Bond is set at $240 cash only.

Stephen Reiling- On Aug. 14, St. Clair County deputies arrested Stephen Reiling, 53, Osceola, at a residence on SE T Highway on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony driving while intoxicated-persistent offender, class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and class C misdemeanor exceeding the posted speed limit by 16-19 miles per hour. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on June 29 and stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on Feb. 6.

Jimmy Barnes- On Aug. 11, Jimmy Barnes, 31, Kansas City, Kan., was arrested at the St. Clair County Jail on two Clay County warrants for failing to appear in court on original charges of exceeding the posted speed limit and driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $2,750 with $250 cash only.
