St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office News Release for Aug. 3-10, 2015

St. Clair County deputies responded to several calls for service during the week of Aug. 3-10. Sheriff Scott Keeler said there were four arrests made and a property damage report taken.

Felony drug arrest

Michael Naylor

     On Aug. 6, Michael Naylor, 46, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety. The charges stem from an investigation the day before at Naylor’s residence on NE 542 Road, Osceola. During the investigation St. Clair County deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force located a glass pipe that field tested positive for methamphetamine and several small plastic bags with a crystal substance inside that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Warrant arrests

Ardina Green

     On Aug. 6, Ardina Green, 39, Roscoe, was arrested on a St. Clair misdemeanor warrant charging her with a Class C misdemeanor charge of assault third degree and a class B misdemeanor of trespass first degree. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety. The charges stem from an Osceola Police Department investigation on Feb. 5.

Bobbi Register

     On Aug. 6, Bobbi Register, 32, Rich Hill, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor charge of theft/stealing-value of property or services is less than $500. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The warrant was issued in July and stems from an incident in November 2010.

Jason Brewer

     On Aug. 5, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Jason Brewer, 30, Clinton, for failing to appear in court on a Class C felony of receiving stolen property. Bond set at $15,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from an incident on Aug. 27, 2014 when Brewer allegedly sold jewelry at Moccasin Trails Antiques, Osceola. The jewelry had been reported as some of the items taken during a burglary in Hickory County.

Property damage at Twin Oaks Harbor

     On Aug. 3, a St. Clair County deputy took a property damage report in Twin Oaks Harbor, Lowry City. Marty Hensley reported damage to a door of his camper. Damage was estimated at $1,000. The investigation is ongoing.

Arrest made following traffic stop

     On Aug. 3, Hugo Murguia, 34, Cole Camp, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy following a traffic stop on Highway 13 in Collins. On Aug. 4, an arrest warrant was obtained charging Murguia with an unclassified misdemeanor of driving while revoked/suspended and a class A misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated-alcohol-prior offender. Bond is set at $1,500 cash or surety.
