St. Clair County Sheriff Scott Keeler said deputies responded to several calls for service during the week of July 27-Aug. 3. There were four warrant arrests and a stealing report taken.
Stealing at Trade Fair Mall
On July 29, a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing report at the Trade Fair Mall on Highway 13, Osceola, in regards to a stealing. Owner Kathy Ticknor reported five signs missing from the front of the building. The signs missing included a MFA Feed store sign, a Quaker State sign, Master Charge sign, Nutrena Feed sign, and a Gabriel shock absorber sign. The total value of the missing signs was estimated at $400. Ticknor said a month before she also noticed five signs missing from the front of her building, but did not make a report.

Warrant arrests

Jason Miller- On July 30, Jason Miller, 33, Urich, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on original class C misdemeanor charge of fail to yield after stopping for vehicle that entered intersection/so close to cause traffic hazard. Bond was set at $500 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on July 15 and stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on March 16.

Crystal Kirk- On July 30, Crystal Kirk, 24, Bolivar, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants for failing to appear in court on original charges of driving while revoked and no insurance. Total bond was set at $450 cash only. The warrants were issued on July 21 and stem from a Lowry City Police Department investigation on March 12.

Tamy Lukehart- On July 29, Tamy Lukehart, 38, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony assault-second degree-operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury, class A misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child-second degree-intoxication/BAC-vehicular, class A misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident, class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated-alcohol, and an infraction for failing to wear a seat belt. The warrant was issued on June 5 and stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on Aug. 13, 2014.

Valerie Richards- On July 29, Valerie Richards, 56, Hermitage, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor of possessing up to 35 grams of marijuana. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on July 22 and stems from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on July 19.

Sarah Duvall- On July 28, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Sarah Duvall, 37, Independence, for a probation violation on an original class D felony charge of non support. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.
Rebecca Lee(No Photo)- On July 27, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Rebecca Lee, 34, Lubbock, Texas, for a probation violation on an original class D felony charge of non support. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

Anthony Candillo- On July 27, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Anthony Candillo, 25, Independence, for a probation violation on an original class A misdemeanor charge of non support. Bond is set at $1,500 cash only.

Connie DeHart- On July 22, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Connie DeHart, 44, Collins, charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.
The charge stems from an incident on July 16 when a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle Dehart was driving after she pulled into the driveway of a residence on SE 401 Road, Osceola, where a search warrant was being conducted by St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies, members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force, and the Morgan County SWAT Team. During the investigation a controlled substance, which she identified as Xanx, was located in DeHart’s purse. She was taken into custody and released pending the formal charge.
Johnathon Endrizzi(No photo)- On July 20, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Johnathon Endrizzi, 22, Bolivar, for failing to pay fines and costs on an infraction for not wearing a seat belt. Bond is set at $10 cash only. The charge stems from an incident with the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Feb. 28.
