Stealing at Trade Fair Mall
On July 29, a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing report at the Trade Fair Mall on Highway 13, Osceola, in regards to a stealing. Owner Kathy Ticknor reported five signs missing from the front of the building. The signs missing included a MFA Feed store sign, a Quaker State sign, Master Charge sign, Nutrena Feed sign, and a Gabriel shock absorber sign. The total value of the missing signs was estimated at $400. Ticknor said a month before she also noticed five signs missing from the front of her building, but did not make a report. The investigation is ongoing.

Tamy Lukehart- On July 29, Tamy Lukehart, 38, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony assault-second degree-operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury, class A misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child-second degree-intoxication/BAC-vehicular, class A misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident, class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated-alcohol, and an infraction for failing to wear a seat belt. The warrant was issued on June 5 and stems from an incident on Aug. 13, 2014. The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated the case.

Valerie Richards- On July 29, Valerie Richards, 56, Hermitage, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor of possessing up to 35 grams of marijuana. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on July 22 and stems from an incident on July 19. The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated the case.
