The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to announce a new feature has been added to its website that will allow the public to follow along with court cases in St. Clair County.  The new feature, Court Case Update, can be accessed by logging onto www.scsomo.org and clicking on “Court Case Update” in the top bar. Visitors may also view the new feature by logging directly onto www.scsomo.org/court_case.php.

     The new feature allows the public to view booking photos, incident dates, arrest dates, and other  information in reference to court cases. The community can also see whether a court case is dismissed, ongoing, a warrant issued, or if the subject has been sentenced or placed on probation.

     “Our website, www.scsomo.org, provides details on all aspects of the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office, said Sheriff Scott Keeler. “One of our goals when developing the website was to provide a centralized location for current information such as press releases and where sex offenders are living in the county. Another goal of the website is to allow the community to have better insight and access to the sheriff’s office activities.”
