UPDATE- Two warrant arrests, stealing complaint, and female wanted on active warrant

     Kayne Gonzales- On June 14, Kayne Gonzales, 19, Lowry City, was arrested on a warrant in Lowry City for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving while suspended charge. The warrant was issued on June 9. Bond is set at $240 cash only.

     Andrea Eaton- On June 13, Andrea Eaton, 33, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County felony warrant charging her with a class C felony of assault-second degree, a class C felony of tampering with a motor vehicle-first degree, and a class A misdemeanor of theft/stealing. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on June 12 and stems from an incident on May 14 when Eaton allegedly assaulted a female victim by striking her with an object at a residence on K Highway, Osceola. Eaton also allegedly broke a rear taillight of the female’s vehicle and stole a tote full of clothing and a pair of boots from the trunk of the vehicle. The total damage and loss was estimated at $780.

Stealing complaint

     On June 14, a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing complaint on SW 815 Road, Tiffin. Kathy Harra reported a truck toolbox missing. She said the box was aluminum diamond plate and noted a cordless electric drill, two drill battery chargers and random plumbing equipment were located inside the toolbox. The total value of the box and its contents was estimated at $700.

Trisha Ketner wanted on warrant

     The Missouri Department of Corrections, Board of Probation and Parole listed Trisha Ketner, 37, Clinton, as an absconder from supervision with an active warrant for her arrest. Ketner has been wanted since March and information has been received she may be in the St. Clair County area. Ketner is on probation for felony theft and passing a bad check.
