Robert Wilson, Jr.- On June 11, Robert Wilson, Jr., 35, Osceola was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with three class C felony charges burglary-second degree and a class C felony of theft/stealing. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on March 25 and stems from an incident on Oct. 29, 2014 when a burglary was reported on NW Highway B at a home owned by Bill Wishon. Several items were reported missing.

Micka White- On June 11, Micka White, 38, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on June 8 and stemmed from an incident on Setember 3, 2014 when St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and officers from the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force served a narcotics search warrant at Ernest Burwell’s residence at 250 Boundry Street, Osceola. White was located inside of the residence and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Robert PettyJohn- On June 9, Robert PettyJohn, 33, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with two class C felony charges of theft/stealing-value of property or services is $500 or more but less than $25,000. The charges stem from an Appleton City Police Department investigation of incidents on May 7 and May 9. Bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.
Stealing complaint
On June 11, a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing complaint on the corner of NW 1000 Road and NW P Highway, Appleton City. Vincent Engeman reported four wheels and tires are missing from his grandson’s Jeep Comanche. The wheels and tires were described as five stud hole, 15 inch, black steel wheels. Vincent described the tires as Super Swamper brand model SX tires, bias ply, size 38.5x12.50-15, with almost new tread. The value of the wheels and tires was estimated at $2,200.
