Arrest warrants issued and four warrant arrests

Arrest warrants issued

     Thomas Timberlake- On May 4, two St. Clair County arrest warrants were issued for Thomas Timberlake, 55, Osceola, for failing to appear in court on a class C felony of assault on a law enforcement officer and a class D felony of resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing creating a substantial risk of serious injury/death to any person. Total bond is set at $2,000 cash only.

     The charges stem from an incident in July 2014 when St. Clair County deputies assisted with a call regarding a vehicle failing to yield to the Osceola Police Department. The vehicle was traveling northbound on Highway 13 in the southbound lanes. The driver, later identified as Timberlake, led law enforcement down several county roads and at one point turned the vehicle and attempted to run a deputy over with his car. The chase ended in the Red Rock Subdivision on NE 175 Road at his residence where he was taken into custody.

     Brad Larson- On May 4, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Brad Larson, 56, Wichita, Ks., for failing to appear in court on two class C felony charges of passing a bad check. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only. The charges stem from incidents on Feb. 13-14, 2013.

Warrant arrests

Ashley Ebeling

     Ashley Ebeling- On May 4, Ashley Ebeling, 31, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class A misdemeanor of resisting arrest. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

     The charge stems from an incident in March when she fled from St. Clair County deputies on Main Street in Collins.

Johnathon Strutton

     Johnathon Strutton- On May 4, Johnathon Strutton, 26, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class C felony of burglary in the second degree, a class D felony of resisting/interfering with arrest of a felony, and a class A misdemeanor of theft/stealing. Bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.

     The charges stem from incidents in February when an investigation discovered Strutton in possession of property reported stolen by Shawn Casey. When an attempt was made to contact Strutton, he fled.

     Cody McGraw- On May 6, Cody McGraw, 29, Warrensburg, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with four class C felony counts of passing a bad check-$500 or more. Bond is set at $500 cash only. The charges stem from incidents in November 2013.

     Autumn Sexson- On May 6, Autumn Sexson, 34, Creighton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on three misdemeanor charges, driving while revoked, no insurance and speeding. Total bond is set at $481.50 cash only and $1,000 cash or surety. The charges stem from an incident in September 2014
