St. Clair County Sheriff Scott Keeler said deputies made several arrests and took reports of property damage and burglary during the week of April 27-May 4.
Wood arrested on three felony charges
 Billy Wood III |
Billy Wood III- On May 1, Billy Wood III, 25, Osceola, was arrested in Osceola on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a three class C felony charges, burglary-first degree, stealing a motor vehicle, and theft/stealing of any firearm. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.
The charges stems from an incident on April 28 when a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on NE 50 Road, Osceola. Dan and Yvonne Purdy reported several pieces of jewelry, a 1992 Pontiac Firebird convertible, and a .357 caliber handgun with holster missing from their residence.

Brian Faulkner- On April 30, BrianFaulkner, 53, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with two class C felonies, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm. Bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.
The charge stems from an incident on April 29 when St. Clair County deputies, officers from the Osceola Police Department, and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdictional Drug Task Force served a search warrant was served at his residence on Warsaw Road, Osceola.
During the investigation several glass pipes and three plastic bags containing a white substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine were located. A .22 caliber rifle was also located during the investigation.

Rocky Willis- On May 3, Rocky Willis, 37, Osceola, was arrested at a residence on NE 477 Road, Osceola, on several active warrants from St. Clair County. Warrants included a probation violation on an original felony charge of possessing a controlled substance, failing to appear in court on two misdemeanor charges of passing bad checks, and misdemeanor charges of driving while revoked or suspended, no insurance, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is $1,150 cash only and $2,500 cash or surety.

Rachael Wheatley- On May 1, Rachael Wheatley, 36, Springfield, was arrested in Lowry City on a no bond warrant issued by Missouri Department of Corrections Board of Probation and Parole for absconding supervision.

Julia Mitchell- On May 1, Julia Mitchell, 53, was arrested at a residence on NE 477 Road, Osceola, on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.
The charge stems from an incident on April 17 when St. Clair County deputies initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle Mitchell was a passenger in. During the investigation a glass pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamine was located in a plastic sack that allegedly belonged to Mitchell. The Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force assisted with the investigation.

Jerry Eaton- On May 1, Jerry Eaton, 43, Osceola, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Henry County probation violation warrant on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. The warrant was issued in March and stems from an incident in February 2014. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

Reanna Wilson- On April 30, Reanna Wilson, 35, Raytown, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class C misdemeanor charge of exceeding the posted speed limit. The warrant was issued in November 2010 and stems from an incident in August 2010. Bond is set at $139 cash only.

Jami Faulkner- On April 28, Jami Faulkner, 44, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. The charge stems from traffic stop by the Osceola Police Department on April 26. Bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety.

Loren Hernandes- On April 28, Loren Hernandes, 18, Lee’s Summit, was arrested at the St. Clair County Jail on a Carroll County warrant charging her with a class A misdemeanor of property damage-second degree. Bond is set at $5,000 with 10 percent cash allowed.
Reports
Property damage- On May 3, a St. Clair County deputy took a property damage report on TT Highway. Clark Emond reported damage to his mailbox. Damage was estimated at $88.
Burglary- On May 1, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on NE 700 Road. Erlene Nall reported several items missing from a residence on her property. Items missing included a 42-inch Visio flat screen television, electric skillet, miniature shoe collection with approximately 50 single shoes, antique wooden dresser and chest, and a silver tray and tea pot. On April 24, Nall reported an air conditioner, six black rubber interlocking mats, and six Faberware pots and pans missing from the residence. The total estimated value of the items missing was $3,394.
