Deputies make several arrests

Wood arrested on three felony charges

Billy Wood III

     On May 1, Billy Wood III, 25, Osceola, was arrested in Osceola on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a three class C felony charges, burglary-first degree, stealing a motor vehicle, and theft/stealing of any firearm. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.

     The charges stems from an incident on April 28 when a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on NE 50 Road, Osceola. Dan and Yvonne Purdy reported several pieces of jewelry, a 1992 Pontiac Firebird convertible, and a .357 caliber handgun with holster missing from their residence.

Search warrant results in felony drug arrest

     On April 30, Brian Faulkner, 53, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with two class C felonies, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm. Bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.

     The charge stems from an incident on April 29 when St. Clair County deputies, officers from the Osceola Police Department, and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdictional Drug Task Force served a search warrant was served at his residence on Warsaw Road, Osceola.

     During the investigation several glass pipes and three plastic bags containing a white substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine were located. A .22 caliber rifle was also located during the investigation.

Jerry Eaton

     On May 1, Jerry Eaton, 43, Osceola, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Henry County probation violation warrant on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. The warrant was issued in March and stems from an incident in February 2014. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

Reanna Wilson

     On April 30, Reanna Wilson, 35, Raytown, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class C misdemeanor charge of exceeding the posted speed limit. The warrant was issued in November 2010 and stems from an incident in August 2010. Bond is set at $139 cash only.
