Endangered person advisory

Leslie "Dan" Besser

     An Endangered Person Advisory has been issued for an 83 year-old man from Collins. On Wednesday, April 8, at 8:15 a.m., Leslie "Dan" Besser was reported missing from his home on SE 1200 Road. Besser was last seen on April 7, at approximately 8 p.m. and was recently released from the hospital.

     Besser is a white male 5’7”, 185 lbs., brown hair, and blue eyes. His direction of travel is unknown along with what color clothing he was wearing.

     St. Clair County deputies and volunteers from area fire departments searched the immediate area around Besser’s residence throughout the day on April 8. Another search is scheduled for April 9.
