On April 6, Joshua Foley, 32, Urich, was arrested at the St. Clair County Courthouse on several outstanding warrants. Foley was arrested on six St. Clair County warrants and one Bates County warrant for failing to appear in court.

In St. Clair County, Foley is facing two class C felony charges of possessing a controlled substance from two separate incidents in July and October 2014 and a class D felony of property damage-first degree from an incident in September 2014. The warrants were issued in February. Total bond on these charges is set at $60,000 cash or surety.

Foley is also facing charges of failing to register a vehicle, no insurance and operating a vehicle without a valid license. These charges stem from an incident with the Appleton City Police Department in October 2014. The warrants were issued in January. Bond on these charges is set at $1,000 cash or surety and $300 cash only.

The warrant from Bates County charges Foley with a class C felony of unlawfully possessing a firearm and a class D felony of unlawful use of a weapon. The charges stem from incidents in March and May 2013. The warrant was issued on March 4. Bond on these charges is set at $30,000 cash or surety.
