On March 23, a St. Clair County deputy took a stealing complaint at the H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation. Camp Ranger BJ Straw said he received a registration notice for a 14-foot 1985 Lowe flat bottom boat owned by the Heart of America Council. He attempted to find the boat and was unable to locate it on the property. The boat is green and has no motor. The investigation is ongoing.
