Rebecca Trowbridge

     On March 17, Rebecca Trowbridge, 28, Collins, was arrested on a no bond St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. The warrant was issued March 4 and stems from an original incident on Sept. 27, 2014. A St. Clair County deputy was on patrol and recognized a passenger in a vehicle with an active arrest warrant in the rear parking lot at Shelby’s, Lowry City. Trowbridge was driving the vehicle and during the investigation she was found to be in possession methamphetamine.

Rodney Miller

     On March 16, Rodney Miller, 47, Osceola, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants for failing to appear in court on original class C felony charges of burglary-second degree and stealing wire. The warrants were issued in November 2014 and stem from incidents in February 2012. Total bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
