St. Clair County Sheriff Scott Keeler said deputies made several warrant arrests and took a property damage report during the week of March 3-9.
Property damage at Robinson Cemetery
On March 7, a St. Clair County deputy took a property damage report at the Robinson Cemetery on Highway 54 near MM Highway. An estimated $300 in damage to a vinyl fence was reported. A cell phone was located at the scene and an investigation discovered the cell phone belonged to a juvenile. Contact was made with the juvenile who admitted damaging the fence. The investigation was turned over to the juvenile office.

On March 7, Demeka Porter, 33, Kansas City, was arrested at the St. Clair County Jail on a Jackson County warrant for a probation violation on an original misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check. Bond is set at $2,000 with 10-percent cash only. The warrant was issued Dec. 15, 2014.

On March 6, Alexander Davis, 21, Kansas City, was arrested on a Platte County warrant during a traffic stop on T Highway. The warrant was for failing to appear in court on original class C misdemeanor charge of speeding. Bond is set at $160 cash only. The warrant was issued Jan. 23.

On March 4, Amie Sieleman, 33, Appleton City, was arrested in Henry County on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. The charge stems from an incident on Feb. 9 when St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force conducted a search warrant at a residence on East Burbank Street, Appleton City. During the search methamphetamine was allegedly found in Sieleman’s bedroom. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

On March 5, John King, 24, Weaubleau, was arrested in Osceola on a St. Clair County no bond warrant charging him failing to appear in court on a class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance. The charge stems from a traffic stop in April 2014 conducted by the Osceola Police Department. During the investigation Xanax was located in King’s vehicle. The warrant was issued on March 4.

On March 4, Katherine Allen, 26, Appleton City, was arrested in Osceola on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. On March 4, Kristina Stalcup, 41, Ferrelview, was arrested in Osceola on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class B misdemeanor charge of trespassing-first degree. The warrant was issued in August 2012 and stems from an incident in May 2012. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

On March 4, Gary Troxel, 52, Humansville was arrested in St. Clair County on a Hickory County warrant for failing to appear in court on a felony charge of non support. The warrant was issued in May 2014. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

On March 4, George Richey, 53, Appleton City, was arrested at his residence on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor charge of violation of order of protection for adult. The warrant was Bond is set at $5,000.00 cash only.

On March 3, Randy Owens, 40, Osceola, was served a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony of assault of a law enforcement officer, class D felony resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony, and class A misdemeanor domestic assault - third degree. The charges stem from an incident with the Osceola Police Department on March 2. Total bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.

On March 2, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Michelle Martin, 26, Bolivar, for failing to appear in court on a class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance and three other charges, driving while intoxicated-drugs, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident and failing to display plates. The charges stem from an incident in May 2014 with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Total bond is set at $3,600 cash only.
