On March 3, a St. Clair County arrest warrants were issued for Katherine Allen, 26, and Amie Sieleman, 33, both of Appleton City, charging them each with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. The charges stem from an incident on Feb. 9 when St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force conducted a search warrant at a residence on East Burbank Street, Appleton City. During the search methamphetamine was allegedly found in Allen and Sieleman’s bedroom. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. Johnathon Strutton, 26, Osceola, was also charged with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance stemming from this incident.
