     On Feb. 26, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Ragina Barbour, 40, Appleton City, charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. The charge stems from an investigation conducted by the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office, Appleton City Police Department and Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force at Barbour’s residence on East Arbor Street, Appleton City. During the investigation methamphetamines was located. Barbour was taken into custody and later released pending the formal charge. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
