Brandon Wood

On Feb. 11, Brandon Wood, 22, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with three class A misdemeanor counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device. The charges stem from an incident on Jan. 28 when several unauthorized transactions were charged to James and Joan Deatherage’s account. During the investigation it was learned there were 15 unauthorized charges totaling over $1,000 in St. Clair and Henry County. Three of the charges were made in St. Clair County. Wood was arrested on the warrant the same day at the St. Clair County Jail where he was in custody on a Clinton Police Department warrant for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of stealing.
