John King

    In June 2014 and January 2015 the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office reported John King, 24, Weaubleau, was arrested on a St. Clair County felony warrant charging him with class C felony of possessing a controlled substance.
     The press releases incorrectly stated the charge stems from a drug investigation in April 2014 at a residence on TT Highway. It further stated methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located in King’s residence.
     King’s charge actually stems from a traffic stop in April 2014 conducted by the Osceola Police Department. During the investigation four Xanax were located in King’s vehicle. The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office regrets the error.
