St. Clair County deputies responded to a variety of calls for service during the week of January 5-11. Sheriff Scott Keeler said deputies made several arrests and took two reports of stealing.
Osceola man arrested on nine felony
charges for sex crimes involving children

On Jan. 9, Bobby Dill, 60, Osceola, was arrested on nine felony charges for sex crimes involving multiple children. Dill is charged with two class A felony counts of child molestation in the first degree , four unclassified felony counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, one unclassified felony count of attempted sodomy in the first degree, and two class D felony counts of sexual misconduct in the second degree.
The charges stem from an investigation that started in December 2014 after a hotline call to Missouri Department of Social Services Children’s Division was made. The investigation revealed numerous alleged incidents that occurred between January 2012 and October 2014. The Missouri State Technical Assistance Team assisted with the investigation. Dill is being held in the St. Clair County Jail. Bond is set at $100,000 cash only.
Stolen vehicle
On Jan. 9, a St. Clair County deputy took a report of a stolen vehicle. John Bowen reported a silver 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette van was missing from his residence on Highway TT, Weaubleau. On Jan. 10, a St. Clair County deputy responded to a call in reference to a possible stolen vehicle located on SE 1100 Road, Osceola. The deputy located the silver 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette van in a ditch on the road. Evidence was located at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
Mule reported stolen
On Jan. 6, a St. Clair County deputy took a report from Jerome Ammann, in reference to a theft at his residence on NE 301 Road, Lowry City. Amman stated his 2001 Kawasaki Mule has been missing since October 2014. A suspect was identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Warrant arrests

On Jan. 9, Elisha Noel, 29, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. The charge stems from an incident with the Osceola Police Department in March 2014. Bond is set at $200 cash only.

On Jan. 9, Christina Yeager, 40, Carterville, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check. The charge stems from an incident in August 2005. Bond is set at $141.50 cash only.

On Jan. 8, Teresa Colby, 39, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check. The warrant was issued in March 2014 and stemmed from an incident in June 2013. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

On Jan. 8, Gary Higgins, 50, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a class D felony charge of driving while revoked. The warrant was issued on Dec. 1 and stems from an incident in February 2013. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.

On Jan. 5, Rhonda Keesee, 52, Collins, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants, failing to appear in court on class A misdemeanor charges. Keesee is charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. The original charges stem from an incident in August 2014 with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The warrants were issued in October 2014. Total bond is set at $500 cash only.

On Jan. 8, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Levi Sieleman, 33, Walker, for failing to appear in court for a probation violation hearing on an original charge of non support. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.
